Can somebody help me wiv wiping my rgh safely ?think I need a fresh start on it and wondering if someone can help?

When I had to completely reset mine and start again I literally just wiped the hard drive via the dashboard and then I followed the YouTube tutorials I have linked below to get it back up and running.
