Hello.

I'm just curious, if anybody goes to the gym or is into fitness or has the same issue as me

Firstly, I don't want muscles, I don't wanna be big, but right now I'm just very skinny my metabolism is very fast, and I just don't feel good at all in t shirts...

If I could gain even a slight bit of weight on my arms / legs is all I want! Just abit, I'm very conscious.

I've been doctors and they've just said it's my metabolism and ofc I'm going to always have a skinny build, but there must be some shakes or something that if I take would 100% would help gain some fat/ size

Honestly I'm talking even a couple inches? Like I can't stress enough I don't want muscles or to go the gym, I just want to be a bit bigger and look I guess, healthier?

I know if you typically eat and eat and eat ofc it will help, I feel I do eat but it's not really helping at all..

Thanks

You need to be in what's called a caloric surplus. Basically meaning you're eating more calories than what your body is using for fuel. They have some calculators online that can estimate how much you need but moral of the story is, if you aren't gaining weight you aren't eating enough.

Idc what anybody says, unless you're like 6'4 300lbs you're not gonna be able to eat 5000 calories a day and not put on weight.

I suggest you workout as gaining muscle will help your physique especially filling out those T-Shirts you want to wear as stated in your post.

Add in more fats to your diet as fat is 9 calories per gram vs 4 calories per gram from carbs and protein. Oils, nuts, fatty fish etc.

If you have no appetite what so ever then you can add in milk, juices or protein shakes if you really want.

1-2 scoops of a protein powder, PB, oats, whole milk and boom. Easy 600+ calories down the hatch in 10 seconds.

I don't want to work out I don't wanna look big or actually fill my t shirts to the brim, I just wanna look good like okay? I wanna look healthy.

I'll be honest going to the gym working out is probably the furthest thing on my mind, I just want to be a lad that just looks healthy?

I appreciate your advice a lot. Do you reccomend any shakes I could add to my diet that would bump up my calorie intake and gain me weight? Or any specific MEALS that are high calories that would help?

I know google is a thing but all I keep seeing is aload of nonsense I just want say okay eat this meal or that meal a few times a week and it will at least help as it's high in fats or what ever you said

Firstly, you just said you want to look healthy working out to a base line not getting jacked is what healthy looks like. You don't have to go gym you could just do some cardio or find a sport you enjoy and stick to that but honestly after a few sessions of weight training you'll probably enjoy it.

What Sus said is correct to gain weight you will need a calorie surplus but I assume you are in your teens? your current metabolism might suddenly shift and before you know it you'll start putting on more weight than you wanted and its harder to lose than to gain.

As Sus also said just get some protein powder & mix with milk and have one of those twice a day and you'll be adding a decent surplus already.

I think you're overestimating what working out will make you look like. You won't look like a Mr. Olympia open pro bodybuilder I promise (well most likely not lol).

With that being said I will say diet is the most important. Just make your own shakes like I said. Throw in some PB and J sandwiches. Hell throw in some junk food if all you care about is gaining weight. Poptarts and muffins were my favorite when gaining weight. Like 400 calories each on those things like 70g of carbs lol.

Moral of the story is just eat more food .
