I've used it 3-4 times and never had a problem.

Etsy trades on the stock market and has been in business almost 20 years. The platform is as reliable as any other.
Where you'll find your issues is with the users who may or may not choose to scam or be unfaithful. But that's pretty much the case with everywhere else as well. Almost a strange question to ask considering how large the site and its database is. It's never been the backbone of fraud or enabled increasingly negative practices, but evil lurks wherever you may be. |

I've bought a handful of things off of there. I just make sure it's a reputable seller.
