I can't work out why it's still locked, I have my FTAC Recon past level 16.

I had this bug with another weapon but finally I was able to get it unlocked but yea it's. Awe is glitch don't know how to fix it

Literally as soon as I posted this, I thought I'd restart my game and it fixed it
