Anybody know where i can get word for cheap? Need to do work and have to use my own PC as i have covid and cant leave the house... |

If you've got an account, just sign in and use an online version. It's stripped down but it'll work as a basic text editor online. |

Adam wrote Word Online +1 to this, if you're open to an office subscription that works as well. It's not too expensive per year and works out quite well if you have valid requirements for work or similar. Students get discounts as well or can use their schools accounts more often than not. |

An alternative to using Word as suggested above is to use Google Docs. It can handle .doc/.docx files with mostly no issues. Also makes it a lot easier to share / upload files to others. |
