| not really sure that this can help but this old gamerpics site has pretty much if not every gamerpic ever released for the 360 so maybe you can find it there by searching. it's a little less functional than the original site though due to it being archived |

To help anyone else searching EDIT: From what I can see it doesn't seem as though this gamer picture is tied to an achievement so for anyone looking in that directions you may be wasting your time. It's probably part of a pack you purchased a while back and using reverse image search of the actual gamer picture i was only able to find other users with that image set as their profile picture on websites related to xbox 360.
