| Hello, I'm trying to figure out why my 2GB laptop can run games while my 12GB PC keeps telling me there isn't enough available space to install any of these same games. My PC is virtually empty. I tried doing the custom paging file thing but it didn't change anything. What must I do to get access to all of this free space to be able to successfully install a game? |

What PC are you using and what game are you trying to download?
12GB hard drive is rather small. |

your HDD space is just so slow to the point you just can't download anything, 12GB is ridiculously small for gaming on a PC... i think mobile gamers would even have issues with that.
I highly recommend upgrading the storage or maybe purchasing a external hard drive or a high storage USB. most games need atleast 10GB+ the lowest storage i'd recommend using would 256GB |

Ain't no one going to mention the OP is on about RAM which makes way more sense.
Few things we need to figure out - What OS you're running A view of a used space in the paritions What's the specs of your laptop & desktop What you're trying to run Maybe a view of task manager or equivalent on other OS's |
