Wanted to see if anyone has a pellet grill/smoker or know anyone that has one. And how ya like it.
I've been tossing around the idea of getting a recteq 590. Heard alot of good reviews on them. I made a big smoker out of a propane tank that my family uses but it's to big if I wanted to smoke a couple chicken legs for dinner or something. So I wanted to get a pellet grill because of how easy it is. Also with Thanksgiving around the corner, which cooking method ya use to cook a turkey.
My family always does it baked but past couple years we fry a small turkey with the bake turkey. Now if I get a pellet grill I'm going to try to smoke a small one. |
