not sure if this is the right place or not, it seemed like the right place...
Whats up everybody, i started me weight loss journey just about 4 weeks ago and lost about 30 pounds so far. One thing that i struggle with is late night cravings. I will say i have hardly ever began to eat, like grab a handful of something, but my question is how do you guys deal with them or how have you dealt with them in the passed? |

I'd recommend drinking water for any type of cravings. Hydration is key for everything else to mesh. It's definitely weird, but, that's what I have always been told. |

This is pretty solid advice. I personally would have something like a Pb&J rice cake using sugar free jelly. Tends to kinda give me what I want out of a late night sweet |

Water is the main one, but if it gets really bad I honestly just have a small spoon of peanut butter and it ties me over. |
