I have more or less everything clear about what I'm going to buy. For around 800 I'm looking for a 1080p set up but I'm not sure about the cpu and gpu. On one hand I can get a Ryzen 5 3600 along a gtx 1660 super but for 25 more I can get a Ryzen 2600X with a rtx 2060.

I'm not sure that spending that extra money will be worth as I don't know if the 2600X will bottleneck the 2060...

You'd get better gaming performance by going with the 2600 and the 2060. So if this is going to be used for gaming, that would be what I would go with. You wont have to worry about either of these components bottlenecking each other.

800 what?

So you already have a 1080p monitor? What monitor(s) will you be using exactly?

Bottlenecking is entirely dependent on the situation. An R5 2600x could potentially bottleneck an R5 2600x in certain scenario's. However, it wouldn't really be a concern of mine, an R5 2600x + RTX 2060 are fairly evenly matched components.

Honestly, you can probably manage to fit an R5 3600 and an RTX 2060 in to a system with your budget, if you've already got monitor(s) taken care of.
However, we need to know what your currency is, and what components you already have(if any) or what components you're planning on buying.
