I've picked some parts for my system, so im about to buy and build it. I just want to make sure if it's good or not. Everything costs $850 (used GPU, other parts are new), is this good for gaming + streaming simultaneously?

System:
i5 9600K
Gammax GTE RGB CPU Cooler
z370 Gigabyte HD3 RGB Fusion 2.0
16 GB RAM
EVGA GTX 1070 8GB SC2 Edition OC+
128GB SSD Patriot Burst
1TB HDD WD Black 7200RPM
GP650 80+Bronze PSU
3X DR12 A-RGB Fans + Controller
Darkflash Tempered Glass Case RGB

No. Not at all. 9600k is a god awful buy, especially now that 10th gen has been announced and confirmed to have hyperthreading across all "Core i" SKU's. If you're set on buying Intel, wait and buy an i5-10600k, or i5-10400F.
I would be buying an R5 3600 though.

Also 128GB SSD is pretty much useless these days.

Assuming you don't already have any components, so still have $850 for a system, this is what I'd be looking at;
PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor ($172.39 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX ATX AM4 Motherboard ($114.99 @ Best Buy)
Memory: Team T-FORCE VULCAN Z 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Crucial P2 500 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive ($64.99 @ B&H)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2060 6 GB OC Video Card ($309.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Cooler Master MasterBox NR600 (w/o ODD) ATX Mid Tower Case ($69.99 @ B&H)
Power Supply: SeaSonic S12III 500 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($64.99 @ B&H)
Total: $857.33

or,you coulddrop the GPU to a GTX 1660 Super, get a larger SSD and some RGB fans if you really want;

Storage: Crucial P1 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive ($119.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER 6 GB TUF GAMING OC Video Card ($229.99 @ Best Buy)
Case: Phanteks Eclipse P400A Digital ATX Mid Tower Case ($98.98 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: SeaSonic S12III 500 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($64.99 @ B&H)
Total: $861.32

1660 Super will still out-perform a GTX 1070, but RTX 2060 gives you DLSS and RTX if that interests you at all.
