Physical activity has kept me sane this last month. I have never been a hardcore go to the gym 5 times a week, but consider myself an active person. It's the little things that are helping me on a day to day basis whether it be taking a brisk mile or 2 walk or doing a quick session of makeshift at home workouts. It is important to keep both the mind and body stimulated during this unprecedented time and sooner or later when it all ends you will come out as a better person!
