How do I change the avatar picture on 5.05 ofw jailbreak.

I enable ftp with webkit
use FileZilla to connect, located to profiles folder
then there is .json file, I add an picture .dss file or what ever it is and then run the avatar injector from the webkit and it wont apply? when I load up the profile offline and click to change avatar I get an error, anyone know what im doing wrong.
