Mother board and a graphics card doesn't equal to power wattage.

What creates power draw in a PC:
Monitors (in some cases and even then very little)
Motherboard
CPU (Main)
GPU (Secondary / Main)
RAM
WiFi / Bluetooth adapters
Mixers
Amps
USB devices
Storage

Regardless 20xx series cards do have some serious draw especially when they boost/overclock. Regardless though I always recommend going with a FULLY MODULAR PSU with an 80+ rating of gold or better and at 650 watts. Gives you plenty of room for upgrades, you'll thank yourself in the future for going modular, and you will have room for overclocking.

Also you forgot to mention a price tag...
Corsair RMx (2018) 650
EVGA SuperNOVA G1+ 750
Antec High Current Gamer Gold 750
Cooler Master MWE Gold 650
