| how old are you? also if youre loud do not i repeat do not get an apartment as youll be kicked out in no time for disturbing the peace, getting a house on the other hand if you have amazing credit youll be able to get a house of your own where you dont need to worry about the neighbors, but yeah all seriousness move out if you are 18 dont know what is legal age to move out where you live, and find a decent apartment and give a notice to the people in the building a little heads up about the noise(learned this when i lived in an apartment which got kicked out of) |
