R. Kelly Arrested in Chicago on Federal Child Pornography Charges.
A 13-count indictment was handed down earlier yesterday in federal court for the Northern District of Illinois and includes charges of child pornography, enticement of a minor and obstruction of justice. Steve Greenberg, an attorney for Kelly confirmed Thursday's arrest, adding "the agents were courteous and professional, as was Mr. Kelly." "The conduct alleged appears to largely be the same as the conduct previously alleges against Mr. Kelly in his current State indictment and his former State charges that he was acquitted of," Greenberg said. "Most, if not all of the conduct alleged, is decades old." |

Enticement of a child - "A person commits the crime of enticement of a child if he or she invites or persuades, or attempts to invite or persuade, a child under the age of fifteen years to enter any vehicle, building, room, or secluded place with the intent to commit sexual assault or unlawful sexual contact upon said child."
It would really make me happy for this man to spend the rest of his life with bubba in a 2-man cell as his bottom bunk. Throw away the keys.. |
