Has anyone seen a spirit/ ghost? I personally haven't but hope to someday!

His name was buster and he always used to knock into the double doors in the kitchen it would always make this thud noise. I used to have night terrors when i was a kid after my dad passed away but i haven't really ever seen any ghosts before.
