Is there anything special you guys do in the morning before you get ready for your day? Every morning before I even think about getting my dat started, I go downstairs and make me a cup of coffee and I turn the local news on the see whats happening today.

What about you guys what do you do in the morning

Take my meds, go for a shower to wake me up, grab all my stuff for work, stop at McDonald's for my two coffees and go to work.

Get up, Brush my teeth, put some deoderant on, go downstairs and boil the kettle for my flask cus cups of tea at work are a must when your working on a building site especially in the winter. then put all my food into my bag and go to work.

Nothing major really. but a brew when i get to site before i start working is a must too.

I usually get up about 5:30, go make a glass of water get the sleep out my eyes then brush my teeth. Oh and wash my face or have a shower depending on how I feel
