What thought or object gets you through the day?


My thought usually always is one day at a time and stay positive then the day goes by faster. As for an object I'd say having my phone. I can do everything that also helps me thru the day texting, internet, and music.

Forever saying to myself and others "Smile - Could be worse"

I also have this weird habit of drawing smiley faces on my arms when I'm not feeling myself.

When I am having a bad day I remember that there are people that love and care about me. I don't always feel like I deserve it, but those folks are there and I am very blessed.

For me to get through work music is my thing to get through my 9hr shift. Couldn't cope without it.
