So I have had an Xbox One X for a little over a year now and of course they never come with enough memory. I am currently looking at purchasing a USB flash drive for it but want to make sure it doesnt have limitations on like what ones it can read?

If I remember correctly, in order for the Xbox one to recognize it, the drive needs to have at least 256GB

With a usb it depends on the storage format example Exfat and fat32, ect, best thing to do before buying is ask the seller to see if they know the optional storage formats on the usb there are tools out there to change them to different storage formats which is fine but it's finding them. If your using a usb make sure you format it for 360 aswel. But you'd be best getting an external hdd.
