I have a Fortnite Account with basically every Battle Pass item from season 4, to now. Recently I purchased an Epic Account that I can use that has a lot of purchased skins rather than just the Battle Pass items. Is there any way to transfer said items over so everything is on one account? Or basically will I just have to settle with switching back and forth between the accounts to use the different skins?

Yes and pretty much all I've found is that there isn't a way to transfer said stuff, but there's a lot of stuff on here that has been done that pages on google also say can't be done.

so you have literally theres a epic post on transferring skins between 2 accounts google a tutorial on how ..

No mate you can't do it Xbox to Xbox like get a friends skins on your Xbox etc you can get your Epic account details on PS3 if your move

Cannot transfer, if that was the case, people wouldn't be selling fortnite accounts lol.
