What are you using the system for?
Why are you upgrading?
What monitor(s) are you using?

I would re-use that Rosewill PSU.
Those fans are pretty trash, I'd just get LL120/LL140's if you're set on getting RGB fans.
Swap the Cryorig H5 for a Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro 4.

I'm not sure I'd bother with a 1080p 144Hz monitor tbh. You're looking at around $200 for a decent 1080p 144Hz monitor, so I'd just be looking at 1440p 144Hz;

Also not sure how I'd feel about the RTX 2070 over the 2060. It's like the 970 and 980 again, but this time the price difference isn't as significant(pretty much just because all of Turing is over-priced though) and there's a difference in VRAM but the performance difference is still pretty negligible. If you're paying $200+ over a 2060 for a 2070, you might as well add another $130 for an RTX 2080 which would actually be a fairly reasonable increase in performance.

If you're determined to go Intel, then the 9700k is fine. You could get an 8700k which would save you $50 and give you hyperthreading, but you'll only notice the benefit in heavily multi-threaded situations. Although I'd swap the Asus mobo for a Gigabyte AORUS board. One of these 2 would do the job;

I'd be holding on to that 7600k until the middle of the year when Zen 2 launches though, since that's supposed to offer similar IPC to Coffee Lake, so 6C/12T Zen 2 should at least be on par with 8700k/9700k and I wouldn't imagine seeing anything higher than a $250 price tag on a 6 core SKU from AMD, especially considering the R5 2600 has been around $160 for months.
