Very dirty player too, he injured Salah, whether intentional or not. He always seems to pick up bookings and suspensions whenever i catch a Real or Spain game.

Plus a lot of the time he just doesnt play that well and i get he is towards the end of his career and is losing some of the pace that allowed him to dominate early on but Puyol managed and he is much slower.

Wouldn't be totally surprised to see him leave RM soon and go to an easier league like MLS so he can retire in style and decline in a league he can still dominate in much like Ibra, Villa and others have done.
