Senate wrote great career for Rio. In his prime, one of the best defenders in the world. Great leader, was the right time to leave. Thought he could've done another season, hopefully he comes as a defensive coach for United or something.

Best of luck to him in the future.


Right time for him to retire, he's been distracted heavily by his wife passing away. Surely his kids will need him around as well, but maybe soon enough a coach and/or even a pundit.

4-0 such a one sided game. Arsenal were good but Villa allowed them to play well and were awful themselves.

Look forward to beating them in the community shield now

What a game. Sanchez' goal was sublime, especially in a cup final. I feel that if Arsenal can sign a world class striker and goal keeper, possibly a CM/CDM, they could challenge next year.

Messi's goal was unnatural. The second goal just showed how far ahead of the rest of the world Barca are. Suarez, Neymar and Messi link perfectly, they're incredible.
