I've seen like three clips of Cuardado ever and don't want to be one to judge him by reputation/FIFA rating.

I've heard good things and have faith in Mourinho's decision making but comparisons are pointless before:

a) he does actually sign (if)
b) we see how adapts to the BPL

Wha I don't get is Mourinho coming out and saying that Schurrle and Salah won't be leaving and then all this about Cuadrado, shows how much of a mad man he truly is, however selling Schurrle for 23m + is brilliant because that will be most of the Cuadrado fee covered and if Salah was to go, chelsea would not be laying any of his wages, the loan moves have changed significantly in recent times due to the fact that clubs don't want to invest, such as falcao to United, Monaco wouldn't let him go to United and then still pay his wages, the modern loan is almost seen as a makeshift contract.

Due to the fact that he has played wingback before will please Mourinho I think, because every player has to do their fair amount of work defensively and the proves he has a team ethic, like Willian.

What? - Jose is a madman because he said he doesent want salah and andre to leave + he doesent want to sign cuadrado?

So lets see - He says to the world - Yes we are selling Andre and Salah will be going out on loan - We will also be looking at buying Cuadrado.

Then whoever wants to buy Andre will say "Well youll look stupid if you dont sell him - We can offer less" , It would cause unrest between the players and florentina could say "We want the full price".

He keeps everything under wraps untill it happens because it drives prices down and drives our prices up - Thats why we sold the likes of mata - Lukuka - De bruyne - Luiz (Mostly bench players) and brought in Costa - Fabregas - Luis - Matic and made profit.

You'd assume so, yes. I think Willian doesn't quite hit the balance between attacking competence and defensive ability. He's great at starting counters and defending but dire in the final third. Maybe Cuardado will offer more going forward with that same willingness to track back and get stuck in.

Let's be honest here, Mourinho is far from normal, I am a chelsea fan myself so I did not call him mad out of badness, I love the way he is, I would hate to not have Mourinho as manager of chelsea, I love the way he acts and all of this about a conspiracy is amazing!

I agree Jose is mad - And i love it for him aswell - But what you mentioned (Saying he wasent signing anyone etc) is not being "MAD" its just being sensible.

Totally agree with you on this one, however by even having both it allows for brilliant attacking options, such as the first leg of the capital one cup semi final against liverpool, a change of a winger such as William needed to be done, but with Schurrle proving in-effective and Salah simply not good enough, there was not a sufficient change in the bench, hopefully Cuardrado can help situations like this.

Maybe it just us Chelsea fans but is our team not insane this year, like there's not one spot in our team that doesn't have a good starter and a good replacement
