Cant wait for the Recruitment challenge. Studying hard right now

Awesome! It's very important that you prepare yourself for our hiring process. For CC14-016 (last class we hired for) we had 86 people apply and only 3 made it through the entire process. We are expecting well over 100 people to apply this time around and we are only accepting 12.

Do you have any questions in regards to UES?

Actually, I only have one. What are some things you guys are going to be asking for in the applications. Like how can one prepare for the Recruitment Challenge. Im asking this because i am currently just driving around GTA and making sure things are safe. How else should i prepare myself?

Our hiring process replicates that of real police agencies within the United States of America. The only thing our hiring process does not have that real police agencies do is written tests, psychological evaluations, and physical tests.
The reason we do not have these is because the tests we do have are written for 21 year olds with college level education.

The application is 5 pages from start to finish.
Page 1: Consists of the same information you are seeing in this post aside from the youtube channel.
Page 2: Consists of personal information questions (Gamertag, date of birth, race, etc)
Page 3: Consists of pre-interview questions that give you the opportunity to express why it is that you'd like to join UES
Page 4: This page is a reference page and allows you to list friends, former supervisors, business partners, etc that we can contact in regards to yourself.
Page 5: Consists of our "Terms of Agreement" and is where you sign your application.

You can actually watch our "How to Join UES" video which talks about our application and what we want to see on it.

The application is only the first step and the easiest one, the best way to prepare yourself is to expose yourself to real agencies hiring processes. Go on google and search questions that are asked in oral assessments and interviews for police departments and prepare yourself with some of those answers. Practice on your communication skills and how to effectively answer questions under pressure.

The biggest advice we can provide is to treat the process seriously. Many people fail because they choose to treat us like any other crew or clan out there. We refer to ourselves as an organization for a reason. Change your standards and approach us seriously. You have to be extremely committed to our hiring process if you wish to succeed. The process takes two months from start to finish, it is rigid because we search for the most qualified individuals.

P.S: Keep in mind that this is a competitive hiring process. You are competing with other applicants for a position within UES. We simply grade you on each phase you go through. After that, all results are compared and individuals with higher scores pass.

If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We want you to be prepared and want you to succeed but its up to you to get yourself to that point of success and admission into Universal Emergency Services.

Since I joined UES I have thoroughly enjoyed it, and am in it to this very day, very realistic and offers a fun, enjoyable insight into Police and how to approach various scenarios and issues real officers face.

Anyone who is interested in law enforcement or is an enthusiast sign up! you wont regret it.
