Brad- wrote Henderson's red was a red. Suarez should have been off for diving whilst on a red - ref gave a man city free kick but no card? That's wrong imo, he has to either give a yellow for diving or give it a foul. Skrtel punched the ball away, should have been a man city penalty, but would have been very hard for the ref to see it.

Only my opinions on all of them

i agree that suarez should have been off and i hope rodgers has a proper go at him for diving. hendersons was a red because it was two footed. the punch i think was impossible to give because no-one could see it except maybe the linesman and the city players didn't claim for it

Yeah, exactly that, Skrtel always does risky stuff like that, from set pieces always grabs up players and usually fouls them

Electrode wrote transfer talk wise i think united really need to do something this summer we need atleast on other big name

Yeah I heard that Moyes (assuming he's still at Man U) is going to get a huge amount of financial backing to get the players he wants, the Kroos transfer looks like it might happen but I think they need to look at some attacking players and some defending ones, especially with Vidic leaving etc.

He dived when on a red once and the ref gave a free kick - should have been off for that. The kompany one was a foul, but Suarez dived like he'd been shot a thousand times. He cheated nobody but himself out of that one. If he didn't act so theatrical, he probably would have gotten the penalty

Yeah I suppose so, I was mainly talking about the Kompany challenge in the box, Suarez as usual being a bit dramatic but it could have been a penalty.

Either way no point crying over spilt milk, Liverpool got 3 points and I'm glad about it, it meant so much more to them IMO especially given Hillsborough.

I really hope they go on to win the league now.

Yep, as a Chelsea fan that's a good result for us, keeps up relatively still in it (I still don't think we will win it) if we win all of our remaining 5 games, all we need is for City to drop points in one of their last 6 games. Not completely out of it yet, but very unlikely. I'd like for us to focus solely on the CL

The thing is with United, without CL (or maybe not even Europa) they will have so much less money to spend, with financial fair play coming in, a lot less sponsors will be interested in them etc. will they financially be able to sack Moyes? He's still got 5 years on his contract!

I'd love to see Chelsea win the CL just not sure they will (Athletico have been so good this year from what I've seen/heard and then it's either RM/Bayern in the final). Chelsea aren't completely out of it yet but it was very damaging when they lost to Villa and Palace.

Brad- wrote All season long i've been saying that Liverpool won't win the league because they wouldn't get these sort of results. If they carry this through and then beat us (Chelsea) in a few weeks, then fair play and quite frankly, they deserve to win it. As a Chelsea fan, this is a good result if it stays like this, keeps us relatively in it, if we can beat Liverpool at Anfield

Liverpool deserved the win and I'm happy we won it, stupid red card but what can you say the ref made too many poor decisions.
No they didn't. City should have had two penalties and Suarez should have been off after the dive.

Pfffft Fernandinho elbowed in the first half and only got a yellow, that's assault anywhere else but the pitch. We deserved the win played you off the field in the first half, second half wasn't great but we stuck at it and showed everyone we title contenders.
No extra 27 seconds for the Henderson sending off ? Two stonewall penalties not given. Three attempts of simulation dive by Suarez. No 2nd yellow card given. Clattenburg bent... I don't think any team deserved 3 points. You guys dominated in the first half and we REALLY dominated in the second.

Also, Kompany didn't push down a player (Suarez). It was once again, a dive by Suarez.

you can't complain about 27 seconds since there should have been 4 tops added on anyway and you complain about the referee's but if you look back to the fixture back at the ethihad liverpool had a fair goal dissalowed for offside when he was miles onside and then last week against southampton you had a goal allowed when silva was miles offside. what i'm saying is that things always even themselves out

I'm sorry but I don't see how 3 red cards, and two penalties evens out an onside goal and an offside goal. I don't take anything away from Liverpool. They played good. I don't however, think they played well enough for 3 points.

"On the reply all you can see is Kompany holding and pushing him down by his t-shirt, and I agree Dannyb93 they got lucky when we played them at home. The ref was all on there side about time the ref decided to give us decisions."

You've gone completely limp after having your shirt grabbed? Odd, because I haven't.

If a player is running forwards with his t-shirt being grabbed he's going to down as it's a foul. I'm just happy to say we have not bought the league

He should have scored that, but i think he can turn into a good player.

Also Matic's interceptions are spot on again. Harsh tackle by flores on Schurrle.
