This all loaded fine... however when I go to load any of the game saves or try to start a new game it just sits on Loading 0% and doesn't move. Any reason?

I have pretty much searched everywhere on my computer. How do you access the area to store the downloaded files? Is it somewhere in the local files area in the game folder?
