Hi everyone just finished my new savegame for fallout newvegas Similar to TooTooBangs but is made with all dlc
in mind so special is all 10 except for charsima witch is 8
you start in Goodsprings school no clothes no money no nothing
just a bunch of fancy containers infront of you in fancy postions
Basic deal of look inside take what you want or dont take anything and leave
you have 2 empty vault21 lockers for u to use its safe to store things in them
You have you debug char,TestMan,Mysterous Stranger,and that chick no rexs sorry didnt like them so I didnt
put them in Some new debug tools to play with too Gotta find them though...ammo is in the safe

i have the same thing you could use fallout nv ve to max your level to 50 before you start and boot other stuff

Dude, if you level up, you need to click a perk, but you have all the perks, you can't continue
