This is my attemt to create him.
You will need following mods:

Thanks to both these modders for the good work!
This is not the character Riddick, just Mr. Diesel as himself.
He is placed at the Weynon priority where the main story really takes off.
I have included a good sum of money, weapons and other useful stuff for you.
