Turns on Mod menu

In mod menu :

give/drop all weapons
jump hight

long revive
god mode
noclip
restart game
switch lvl
derank yourselfs or other players

etc..

I am really confused on the following to the creator of the mods:

This doesnt turn on any mod menu for me; I have to use controls to use certains mods. Im confused because I want to derank kids and that isnt allowed in this mod but the creator puts it there.
