First of all backup and then remove any other saves you have on your HDD or MU,
then resign the save included in the winrar archive with your IDs and copy it over to your HDD or MU(make sure you have 21MB of free space if you are doing it on a MU),
fire up Portal Still Alive and start a new game then when the music starts playing hit the B Button and all the achievements will unlock.

Download: Click Download and in a few moments you will receive the download dialog.
