Item description:

This will be before character creation, and you will have all shouts with instant cooldown. You will be invincible, with enough magicka and stamina to last forever. Practically infinite character weight. You will have tons of armour and weapons, including Daedric Quest weapons and rewards. You will also have Tsun's Armour, Falmer (I recommend the boots along with Tsun's Armour,) Sheogorath's Clothing, and more. Full dragon, both sets. Nightingale, etc. 9999 of each crafting material to make as much armour as needed. All spells will be unlocked, and just unlock the shouts with the 9999 souls provided. All map markers are unlocked. Max gold, or something like it. All perks will be unlocked, with over 900 for each base stat. You are level 1, but can still level normally. Enjoy!

If you're not on 1.3 and are having problems, try downloading patch 1.3, which can be found here: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
If you don't know what to do, just open up your USB or Hard Drive in whatever program you're using (I use USBXTAF) and drag and drop the patch into your cache partition. Simple as that.

videoadict101's suggestion if you're having the unreadable disc errour:
1. Rehash resign with Horizon.
2. Inject save and title update 1.3 with Horizon.
3. That's it.
