-All stages unlocked (including mirrored versions).
-All Special Mods unlocked for all characters (including AGES).
-All stars (232 stars) collected and finished world Tour mode.
-Finished Grand Prix Mode.
Tested on a dummy profile. Works perfectly and unlocks a few achievements after one ghost race.
Just resign the save file to your profile using any modding software like Horizon.
