bro its so easy to Re-Region it to yourself just get a savefile from your ps4 and add it to the USB and download this save and load up Save Wizard and once you import the downloaded save go to cheats go to the downloaded save and go advanced mode and click export file and just click save for the export file and back out of it and go back to cheats and go on your own save and go advanced mode and click import file and select the exported file you just created with the downloaded save and just click import! and boom! you just re-regioned the downloaded save into your own save so go back on the ps4 and load up your save that you just reregioned to not the downloaded one and you will see the difference once you load up it up :)
Rocket League doesn't pop up in the cheat section only the resign section and its my save from my USB. Save Wizard doesn't support rocket league so there's no way to change the region in save wizard. You can only do that with games that they support. There's a list of games on their website and rocket league isn't one of them.
