It's kind of a really ugly theme. I don't know why the creator decided to add that effect on the icons. They look pretty bad that way. It's like half of the icon is missing. Here's how I would change this theme: Leave the icons alone. Keep them black but don't add that "effect" the creator added on them. Remove that vertical Hitman text from the corner of the wallpaper, as it looks really out of place. The theme should be okay then. The background behind the icons are a nice add, imo. It goes well with the Agent 47 render.
