Everything about this theme screams "poorly made". The backgrounds are just really, really ugly. They look like they were made in minutes with little effort put in. Same with the icons, they're all the same size, which isn't really a problem, it's just that they're just squares with images pasted onto of them. For example, there's an icon for the EA logo... Why? I thought this was a Grand Theft Auto theme? The icons are just so random... I would recommend downloading another one if a GTA theme is what you're looking for.
