It's a pretty non-appealing Akira theme. The background looks pixelated and the icons (which are the pills) don't look that great. I like the transparent-like white icons, but that's about it. It's kind of unfortunate with the background, since there are so many good ones out there, and the creator had to chose this one. Oh, well.
