Item description:
1) Extract the "portal_config.cfg" fle from the UserSettings save.
(2) Open the "portal_config.cfg" file in the editor.
(3) Make any changes to the cvars and then save.
(4) Replace the "portal_config.cfg" file in the UserSettings gamesave.
(5) Rehash and Resign the UserSettings.
