- WAS hddalive defaulted to true of false INSTEAD, fixed
- now shuts off xell launch USB device (fixed issues with xell reloaded)
- xell launch simplified to allow for variable sized bins xell
- added patches to support JTAG debug and export var (thanks Nate!)
- reworked devkit xex signed loading. Faster, xex dev dll working again (thanks Anthony!)
- fix forza 4 (and maybe Others - thanks Nate!)
