Instructions:
Select Continue from the main menu and load the quicksave.
Shoot the guy you are standing next to and the mission will end.
Afterwards it will pop all 8 achievements in legit order.
Intended for personal use only, do NOT financially profit off of this save please.

I have placed the save into the game ID for the Japanese version, i know this works with a few other games. Hopefully someone out there can try it.
