Walk along and go up the stairs/steps

Just go past the seating areas
(use R2 to run and you will get a prompt, just hold O).

After getting the prompt, just to the right...
there is an alley, run down it

Talk (X) to the man tending to his shop,
Select any the dialogue option
Accept to draw in the cement
Just choose any symbol

Run down to the dead-end of the alley,
and on the storefront signage, press /\ (Look)
