All unlocked, use profile GodWhyMe
Though all savegames require playing once to evade 10 minutes longer credits, I've changed by playing one race testing after finishing credits.
Simply Rehash with Profile ID, Device ID & Console ID, I recommend you to use Horizon for better choice and multitasking purpose.

Author here, let me mention that the profile GodWhyMe is a downloaded savegame uploaded by multiple users here, as I don't originally own this. just addition. i just played a race and completed the scrolling credits so this wont bother again after every race. just I did a fixture. might be some users require to play once as I did same.

2018 Oh how I could have used this years ago
all saved games uploaded requires to play one care to bypass endcredits. my not required as I played one race as it is 100% completed savegame.
