Load the save and press continue in the menu. Select Tyler and play until you control Carla. You will unlock the "Dine and Dash" trophy first. After unlocking the trophy, jump to the "Confrontation" chapter and don't hide the book from Lucas and let Carla find it. Continue playing until the chapter "Happy Anniversary!" and this time you can get the "Reading Between the Lines" trophy.
