Auf der Ps4 Version das Save hochladen.
Ps5 version starten und save herunterladen.
Alle Trophäen außer "Geschafft"- Trophäe erscheinen

Laden Siejetzt save 2 auf ihre Konsole.

Auf der Ps4 Version das Save hochladen.
Ps5 version starten und save herunterladen.
Die Trophäe "Geschafft" sollte nun automatisch noch erscheinen

Englisch:

First load save 1 on your console.

Upload the save on the PS4 version.
Ps5 version start and save download.
All trophies except for "get there" trophies will appear

Now load Save 2 on your console.

Upload the save on the PS4 version.
Ps5 version start and save download.
The "Get there" trophy should now appear automatically

you gotta upload the save on ps4 then go ingame on ps5 and they all will pop apart from one then do again with the other save, just read the text next time
