Item description:

Press X on the steel bar [beam]
(connected to chain of crane) and LS RIGHT

Once Sputnik is JUST STARTING TO COME BACK onto the left side of screen....
quickly press X and LS RIGHT to talk to the crane operator

Ask to be lowered down to the construction site
* Press O To Skip Dialogue *

Then immediately press X and LS RIGHT to get back
onto the steal bar [beam] again

NOTE: !! This Is To Do With Timing !!
