This is a Metal Gear Solid V Phantom Pain Modded Starter Save for the US/NA version of the game. The save starts you out on the second mission after rescuing Miller.

- Max Hero Points
- No Demon Points
Those are all the benefits given in this modded game save. I'm unable to modify it to any other extent. This is a fresh save, so please enjoy it with the small leg up that Max Money, and Max Hero Points provide.
