The Maneater game finally received an update that released the PS4 to PS5 save transfer. Now allows import and instant platinum ( auto pop ) on both versions.
PS4 version:
Transfer save on your console. Just start the game. Maybe missing DLC trophies, close game and reload... the missing ones must appear.
PS5 version:
(No need PS4 game) Transfer save on your console. In menu, press triangle to rescue the save PS4 version. After, start the game. Maybe missing DLC trophies, close game and reload... the missing ones must appear.

Download: Click Download and in a few moments you will receive the download dialog.

Not sure why the rating is so low, but as of 01/03/2023, this works for instant pop for PS4 and PS5, as the poster said. You might have to quit the game and relaunch it again if some trophies do not appear.
