Item description:
1) Head on up to the arena to talk to your Father/Daddy/Daddy cool and Obey the Iron Code, forsake Kuro. Fight Emma the hot doctor, i mean the Gentle Blade and defeat her. Then fight Isshin Ashina. Defeat him to pop ISSHIN ASHINA and MAN WITHOUT EQUAL trophy. After the cutscene, SHURA trophy will pop.
Refer to Square One games Sekiro platinum walkthrough part14 min 23:20 for these 3 trophies.

Thanks. I used this save with apollo to get my final achievement i didnt want to play the game again just for shura ending and 2 more bosses
