I haven't tested it on other accounts but I hope it works. I suggest you finish the game first before using this save. You can get trophies as follows:
playtrough 1 (normal difficulty) I think you can get other trophies using this save like Art Critic, Intrepid Tourist, Shopaholic, Errant Millionaire etc.
1. Cartographer
2. Seeker of Fortune
3. Monstrum Nox & Monster Zoologist
playtough 2 (nightmare difficulty)
4. Good samaritan
5. HAute Cusine
6. Ambassador of the Dandelion
7. Debonair Socialite & Nightmare Survivor (this is my last trophy before i plat)

I have not the strengh to all restart just for Debonair Socialite.
Have the same exact error message. However in my case I'm also trying to re region from EU to US, which is normally not a problem.
I only have the free dlc installed. Probably the uploader had some extra dlc installed and this game may have an issue with that.
